According on Wikipedia:

Glycerol (or glycerine,glycerin) is a simplepolyol compound. It is a colorless, odorless,viscous liquid that is widely used in pharmaceutical formulations. Glycerol has three hydroxyl groups that are responsible for its solubility in water and its hygroscopic nature. The glycerol backbone is central to all lipids known as triglycerides. Glycerol is sweet-tasting and of low toxicity.

So therefore, it’s safe.. 

                                Main Ingredient: Glycerin

The Verdict

Pro’s:

• Unscented, doesn’t have an over powering scent
• Hydrates my skin
• Alternative to lotion

Con’s:

• Slightly sticky
• Not available in our place
• Packaging is not attractive, just plain and simple

Cost:

I got it as a gift from my grandma so I don’t know how much this really cost..
